Crespi is dedicated to being a good neighbor, which is why we will be implementing our Master Plan in four phases. Our goal is to minimize impacts toward the community, while we secure funds for future phases.
Phase 1 will include a new aquatics facility, campus frontage enhancements, interim bleachers and parking measures, and anti-glare lighting.
A state-of-the-art Aquatics Center will serve our student athletes and local educational partners, and will be made available for our neighbors to enjoy. We anticipate offering community classes in the summers following construction, to provide added benefits for our neighborhood.
Anti-glare lighting will be installed on our existing football field and around the Aquatic Center to eliminate potential light pollution impacts on our neighbors. The existing field bleachers, lockers, and weight room will be replaced in the interim to support athletic needs.
Campus frontage enhancements are designed to beautify our campus and uphold the aesthetic standards of the neighborhood.
Interim parking measures will include restriping of existing surface lots, the expansion of Parking Lot B with 31 additional spaces, and the addition of 240 short-term bicycle parking stalls.
Phase 2 will include a multipurpose parking structure, featuring a suite of innovative learning facilities. New laboratories are planned to support cutting edge advances in the STEM (Science Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education of our students.
The multipurpose parking structure will include:
- 2 levels of subterranean parking
- 2nd level and rooftop parking
- 266 total parking spaces
- Sustainable solar panel siding
- An additional storage building
- Ground level classrooms
- Innovation Lab
- STEM Classroom and Robotics Lab
- Foreign Language classrooms
- College Counseling
- Theatre/Lecture Hall
