I am pleased to welcome you, our Celt family, to the beginning of the 60th academic year at Crespi Carmelite High School. For 60 years, Crespi has not only educated boys, but helped shape them into fine Crespi Men. I am honored to be a part of our tradition of excellence, and as I enter my fourth academic year as President, I can only look back on the past six decades with sheer amazement at what Crespi has accomplished!
Our class of 2018 saw graduates accepted into some of the finest universities in the nation, and this is proof that Crespi is helping young men aim for the stars. Our current Celts have also shone in their own ways, including academics, athletics, extracurricular activities, and numerous volunteer projects.
Our mission to lead and approach all things “Zelo” (with zeal) continues. In July, we hosted our second Freshmen Zelo Weekend where we welcomed our freshman class of 2022 and their families to the Crespi community. The weekend was a huge success, and we already see a bond on campus between many of our freshmen. Our faculty and staff, parents and alumni continue to bring their own talents, support and zeal to the community. We are thankful for their hard work, commitment and dedication to all things Crespi.
Let’s make it a great year, and another 60 years, to be a Celt!
Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, pray for us.
